Ingredients: Wheat flour (flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid), Wholemeal (WHOLEWHEATflour (30%), vital wheat gluten), Water, Wheatbran, Yeast, Sonneveld Clean Label Improver: dried RYEsourdough, wheat flour, vegetable oil (rapeseed oil), flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid, Salt, Vegetable Oil (palm & rapeseed oil).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry location, suitable for freezing (3 months), defrost thoroughly before use.
