Pesto and Roasted Red Pepper Penny Canapes

Ingredients

Makes 15 canapes
Seeded Soda Penny Loaf 3 pack
200g jarred roasted peppers
145g Fresh basil pesto
Handful of basil leaves

Method
  • Slice the Penny Loaf vertically into 5 slices.
  • To serve, spread a layer of pesto onto each loaf slice.
  • Place a strip of red pepper on top of the pesto and garnish each with a small leaf of basil
