Unlike standard bao buns, which are usually half the size, giving chefs more versatility. Simply steam, fill and serve – no extra prep required. These buns are guaranteed to deliver convenience without compromising on quality.

Usage Instructions

All appliances vary. The following are guidelines only:

  • Steam Oven: From frozen, evenly space the buns with 5cm gaps onto wire trays. Steam on full power for 8 minutes.
  • Hob: Steam from frozen for 10 minutes over rapidly boiling water. Steam from defrosted for 5 minutes over rapidly boiling water.
  • Microwave (1900W): From frozen, place buns on a non-metallic plate and cover with cling film. Cook at full power for 27 seconds.
