The mighty batch loaf – rip off a chunk from a plain loaf, smear with butter and enjoy. You’ll thank us later.
Our Batch bread takes 8 hours to make from start to finish showing that time is a major component in making quality bread. After a long fermenting period the Batch is baked for an hour and a half on a low temperature to bring out the fullness of the flavour. Our Batch can be bought Sliced and Plain and is packaged in a resealable bag so that you can keep the freshness locked in.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry location. Suitable for freezing (3 months). Defrost thoroughly before use.
